We have been delighted to see more positive recognition by Ofsted of the great work done by teachers, support staff and governors in our schools. Following the positive reports for Hayes School and  Langley Park School for Girls after inspectors visited in the autumn term of 2022,

Ofsted then visited Ravens Wood School in June 2023 and Hawes Down Primary School in the last week of the summer term. At Ravens Wood, inspectors commented on the ambitious curriculum, the range of extra-curricular activities, how pupils felt safe and well looked after at school and how pupils felt proud of their school. At Hawes Down, Ofsted noted that pupils were happy, safe and well supported by adults who have high expectations of their work and their conduct. The report went on to say that pupils both behave well and achieve well.
