Kieran previously served as the CEO of the Impact Multi Academy Trust and as Headteacher in three schools for over 25 years. He was also CEO of two other Trusts. He was Principal of Hayes School from 2004-16. Hayes is an outstanding (Ofsted 2013), 11-18 mixed comprehensive school. He was a National Leader of Education. He has served as a senior partner of a number of school led partnerships as well as being Chair of Challenge Partners and of the London and National Chairs of Headteachers. He was a Director of the Bromley Collegiate SCITT which trains and accredits over 100 teachers a year.
Kieran has worked for the National College and DFE as a Teaching and Leadership Adviser. He has been a member of the Ofsted reference group. He continues to work with schools and Trusts as an Educational Consultant and School Improvement Partner. He has been working with LAs and Schools on the new Ofsted framework.
His wife was Headteacher of a Bromley nursery Infant school and his two sons are currently Vice Principals at local secondary schools.
Kyle is a trainee solicitor at a City law firm and will qualify as a solicitor in September 2021. Previously, Kyle attended Hayes School from 2008 to 2015 and was appointed as Head Boy in his final year. As Head Boy Kyle worked closely with the Governing Body and gained an early insight into the management of schools. Kyle attended the University of Kent, graduating in 2018 with a Bachelor of Laws with Spanish.
Kyle has previously worked as a line manager in a residential summer school while a student and so has an understanding of the importance of safeguarding and astute financial management of school resources, amongst other things. Through his legal training, Kyle has also gained experience of areas of law such as charity law and employment law.
Kyle has lived in the local area for almost his entire life, and his younger sister and cousin also attended Hayes School. Another of Kyle's cousins is currently a Hayes School student.
Luis is a solicitor who has worked in private practice and in-house, both in the private and public sector. He is currently director of legal and governance at British Business Bank, the UK government’s economic development bank for small businesses. Luis lives in Hayes and has two sons, the eldest of which enrolled at Hayes School in 2016.
Key skills: advising publicly funded not for profit organisations in all areas of law, including governance, state aid, grant funding, investment and procurement.
Mark, originally from the USA, moved to the UK in 1991. He is a senior Human Resources professional with over 20 years’ experience in international businesses providing work and advice on employment and immigration legislation, organisation design and development, training, HRIS, reward design and payroll. He is currently the Global Human Resources Lead for Network Rail Consulting.
Mark’s degree is in Music Education and served in the United States Army before moving to the United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD, UK), Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Practitioner (SHRM-SCP, USA), British Psychological Society level a and b certificated in psychometric and occupational testing.
Outside of work, Mark has been a Trustee for the RMBI, is an Explorer Scout Leader with the Bromley District Scouts and a Scout Master with the Transatlantic Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mark has a 15-year-old son, Patrick at Ravens Wood who is a trumpet player and Student Leader at the school.
Andrew was a governor at Hayes between 2007 (when his daughter started in year 7) and 2020. Having been a student at Hayes himself, he attended Manchester University and studied Maths and Computer Science and then had a 25 year career at Accenture, a large global technology company. He is now self-employed and works as a Non-Executive Director in healthcare, as a self-employed mediator, and as a Trustee of an educational and welfare charity.
He has experience as a Board member, Director and Trustee in a wide range of businesses and charities. Andrew is married and lives in Hayes.
