Kieran previously served as the CEO of the Impact Multi Academy Trust and as Headteacher in three schools for over 25 years. He was also CEO of two other Trusts. He was Principal of Hayes School from 2004-16. Hayes is an outstanding (Ofsted 2013), 11-18 mixed comprehensive school. He was a National Leader of Education. He has served as a senior partner of a number of school led partnerships as well as being Chair of Challenge Partners and of the London and National Chairs of Headteachers. He was a Director of the Bromley Collegiate SCITT which trains and accredits over 100 teachers a year.

Kieran has worked for the National College and DFE as a Teaching and Leadership Adviser. He has been a member of the Ofsted reference group. He continues to work with schools and Trusts as an Educational Consultant and School Improvement Partner. He has been working with LAs and Schools on the new Ofsted framework.

His wife was Headteacher of a Bromley nursery Infant school and his two sons are currently Vice Principals at local secondary schools.

Keiko has been associated with Ravens Wood School since her son joined the school in 2000 – as a member of the PSA, a Governor, a Trustee and as a Member of the Trust.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, with over 10 years’ experience working in the City, Keiko has been involved in education finance in Bromley schools for over fifteen years at both primary and secondary phases at a senior level, and was recently involved in setting up a free school. Most recently Keiko was the Chief Operating Officer of a large local multi-academy trust based in Beckenham, Kent, which she helped to establish; she is now retired and spends most of her time walking in Hayes and Keston Common with her border collie.

Keiko brings to the table her knowledge and experience of governance and education finance, including reporting requirements to the Education & Skills Funding Agency, as well as good working knowledge of HR and legal matters affecting academies.

Lucy is a founding member of the Impact Multi Academy Trust Board and chaired the board for several years. She has many years’ experience of school governance - as a governor at Hayes School for 12 years, serving seven years as Chair until 2016. She was a National Leader of Governance between 2013 – 2018.

A former teacher in the state primary sector, Lucy currently reviews safeguarding and child protection systems on behalf of a global group made up of independent schools, summer camps and language schools. She has a strong commitment to promoting the wellbeing and safety of children and young people and is currently the Safeguarding Trustee.

Lucy lived in Hayes for over 20 years and her three children were students at Hayes School.

Martin Cunningham

Martin Cunningham is a chartered accountant and after qualifying with Robson Rhodes moved into positions of financial responsibility with Mobil Oil and Accenture.

He has held positions of senior financial leadership in schools and academies since 2010 and as a result has a deep understanding of schools financial management. Currently he is Director of Finance & Operations for the Leathersellers Federation of Schools in Lewisham.

Prior to joining Impact he was a local committee member for the Castlecombe and Dorset Road Primary schools. He is actively involved with the Institute of School Business Leadership and has recently joined their Board Advisory Panel.

He has lived in Chislehurst since 1987 and outside of his professional career he was Event Director for Bromley parkrun for 10 years seeing the weekly 5k run grow in popularity to over 700 runners regularly completing the 3 laps of Norman Park.

Danielle joined the Trust Board in 2020.

Danielle's commitment to Education spans over 15 years across the Early Years, Primary and Secondary stages. She has worked in school improvement throughout this time by supporting schools, leaders and local authorities across London and Kent.

She is passionate about supporting all stakeholders in the pursuit of excellence within schools and believes that all children have the right to succeed in an inclusive environment that nurtures them pastorally and academically. She is a specialist in inclusive practices, curriculum development, closing the gap for disadvantaged children and leadership development.

She is committed to supporting the Impact Trust in delivering its vision and commitment to uncompromising aspirations for all of the pupils attending the schools within it.

She is a dedicated partner and mother of 3 children who loves the arts, to travel and is passionate about advocating for the voice of the child, particularly those who are currently in care. She is currently the Executive Head Teacher of a Trust in Kent.

Robert Evans

Robert Evans enjoyed a 40+ year career in education spanning both maintained and independent sectors and including a Headship.

He has lived in the Locks Bottom area for 25 years with his wife Desiree, who is a retired Senior Health Visitor and currently a Governor at Ravens Wood. One of their grown up sons is a lawyer in the City and the other is a Partner in a Private Equity Fund in California, where he lives with their two grandchildren.

He has been an elected Councillor in Bromley since 2005, and has occupied several senior positions including a five year stint as Executive Member for Social Care.

Outside of the Council amongst several positions he is a Board Member of Mytime Active and a Governor of King’s University Hospital Trust. Although never teaching in the borough himself, he has maintained an interest in local schools, serving terms as Chairman of Governors and Governor.

His main other interests are sporting- watching cricket as a member of MCC and Essex CCC and being a Board Member and Immediate Past President at Rosslyn Park Rugby Club.

Janet Latinwo

Chair of Governors, Ravens Wood School

 

Janet was elected as Chair of Governors for Ravens Wood School, effective from September 2021. She is a Senior Lawyer specialising in child protection and housing litigation. She has 3 children, and her son attends RWS. She has previously been a community Governor for a Bromley primary school for 7 years. Janet was co-opted as a member of the Bromley Education, Policy, and Development Scrutiny Committee between 2012-2014, and is currently a member of a number of committees, Boards and a children’s panel in an advisory capacity. She is a Trustee and former Chair of a children’s charity and is the London Co-Ordinator for a disabilities charity.

 

Janice Piggott

Chair of Governors, Hayes School

 

Janice Pigott was elected as Chair of Governors for Hayes School effective from September 2021, she is passionate about education, having worked in the sector for over 25 years. She has previously been a governor at a primary school and the Adult Education College. Janice graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in chemistry and worked as a research chemist for several years, and continue to have a great interest in science.

Janice had a number of roles in developing education business links and building partnerships between education providers and the wider community. She has been involved in careers education, training and delivery for a number of years, and currently leads the London National Careers Service, focusing on adults and lifelong learning.
